Délicieux Inflight Kitchens collects structured feedback from flight attendants and cabin crew after every delivery. Crew feedback drives our continuous improvement process — every reported issue triggers a production review, not just a note in a file.

What We Track

  • On-Time Delivery — Was the catering delivered within the committed window? Delivery time recorded and reviewed against dispatch logs.
  • Galley Organization — Was the First-Look Galley Map accurate? Were items stored as mapped? Course Color-Coding correct?
  • Label Accuracy — Triple-Point Labels correct for passenger name, tail number, and temperature instructions?
  • Dietary Compliance — Were all dietary restrictions correctly executed? Any allergen concerns at the aircraft?
  • Documentation Completeness — Food Safety Log, Security Manifest, and Digital Paper Trail QR code present and accurate?
  • Silent Dispatch Performance — Did SMS alerts arrive in the correct sequence before FBO notification?
  • Overall Crew Experience — Did the catering make the flight attendant's job easier or harder?
